What toddlers think happens when they sleep (video)

My little Ry has struggled to nap this week. And by struggle I mean he hasn't taken a single nap all week. Not a single one.

He has been a good napper up until this point. Yeah, we've had our ups and downs, but for the most part, he slept.

Then Monday- nothing. Tuesday- nothing. Etc. Etc. I put him in his bed and there he sits for two hours. Yes, I know I sound like a terrible mother for letting my chlid sit in his bed for two hours, but he isn't unhappy and I want to get him used to having a quiet time when he does no longer nap.

This has been double stressful considering Issie is six months old and still up 3-5 times a night.

However, I am praying the naps return. He is only 2 and far too young to stop napping. This is a battle. And I am going to win this one.

But they're sweet and cute so I am not going to complain too much.

But this got me thinking, what do toddlers think happen when they go to bed at night? In reality it's a rush to do the dishes, fold the laundry and take a shower. Find time to have half a conversation with my husband before passing out. Then Issie wakes up.

But in their little minds it probably goes like this.
